Desk Knife & Plinth

A multipurpose cutting tool intended to live on your desk, always within reach. Inspired by the Japanese kiridashi knife, but recontextualized for the contemporary workspace, the Desk Knife is elemental and satisfying to use. The Desk Knife Plinth consists of a pyramidal base, individually cast in pigmented concrete, with a void that secures the knife along its center of mass.
